CashDuck ("CashDuck," "we," "us," or "our") provides services that allow users to earn rewards through activities available within the CashDuck mobile application ("App"), collectively referred to as the "Services." By accessing and using these Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms of Use ("Terms").

Collection and Use of Your Data
By engaging with CashDuck, you consent to the collection, storage, and transmission of the following personal data:
  • Installed applications on your device (including usage time and history)
  • Activity data within the App (clicks, interactions, session history)
  • Registration information (IP address, Device ID, PayPal email address)
  • Location data (both precise and general)
  • Camera access (for identity verification purposes)
  • Notification permissions (to deliver reward and update alerts)
  • Survey responses (including name, address, and date of birth)
  • Data used for personalized advertising (cookies, device identifiers)
  • Attribution details (User Agent, Advertising ID, Device ID)
This information helps CashDuck provide you with key features such as:
  • Earning rewards for app engagement through CashDuck's partners
  • Completing surveys for cash earnings
  • Watching videos for bonus rewards
  • App usage analytics and user attribution through trusted tracking providers
  • Verifying your identity through facial recognition for payouts
  • QR code-based referral programs
  • Secure PayPal transactions with fraud prevention
  • Marketing analysis and service improvements
Device identifiers like GAID or IDFA are encrypted and securely transmitted to our servers. In certain cases, your device ID may be shared with trusted partners for billing and service delivery purposes. If you choose to upload device screenshots for activity verification, they will be processed and stored securely.
By using our Services, you agree to:
  • Follow all applicable laws and regulations
  • Acknowledge that CashDuck is not liable for your personal use of the Services
  • Waive the right to pursue claims against us individually or through a class action
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using CashDuck. Failure to comply may result in account suspension or other legal actions.

ELIGIBILITY
CashDuck’s Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. Our platform is not a substitute for employment, and you are solely responsible for how you use the App.

USER CONDUCT
When using CashDuck, you agree not to:
  • Use, replicate, or access the App, Website, or Services for anything other than personal, lawful use
  • Sell, rent, share, or distribute the Services to third parties
  • Create derivative works from our Services
  • Attempt to bypass security features or avoid account suspensions
  • Access the Services through unauthorized means
  • Frame or mirror any portion of the Services
  • Abuse, disrupt, or violate these Terms
Any violation of these conditions is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate account suspension or further legal action.

UPDATES TO TERMS
CashDuck reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates may involve changes, additions, or deletions. We will revise the "Last Updated" date at the bottom of this document and may post the revised Terms within the App or on our Website. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
By continuing to use the Services after changes are posted, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not accept the new Terms, please discontinue use immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The CashDuck platform represents significant intellectual property and proprietary information belonging to CashDuck. Unauthorized use or infringement may result in legal action.

  • You will comply with all laws and regulations while using our Services
  • You will not cause CashDuck to violate any laws or infringe any rights
  • Your account information will be accurate and current
Disclaimer:
Except as otherwise stated, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available," with no express or implied warranties. CashDuck does not guarantee the accuracy of Services or content on linked third-party sites.
You may request PayPal payouts once eligibility requirements are met. CashDuck may adjust minimum payout thresholds and reserves the right to deny or delay payout requests. We also reserve the right to terminate your access to the App or Website at any time.
By using CashDuck, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CashDuck, its affiliates, and partners from any claims, damages, costs, or losses resulting from your use of the Services. Please note: Earnings generated through CashDuck may be subject to taxes in your jurisdiction.
RULESTo earn rewards, you must follow individual survey requirements and meet all minimum participation thresholds. Payouts are not limited, and CashDuck's loyalty program adheres to the Google Play Developer Program Policy (effective March 1, 2021).

These Terms incorporate the CashDuck Privacy Policy, available at https://cashduck.pro/privacy

CashDuck may periodically update the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with changes, you must cease using our Services.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
